There is no support portal and no ticket number. Write, and the answer comes from whoever wrote the part you are asking about — which, at this size, is the same person every time.
English or German, both fine. Bug reports, questions before buying, “does it do X” — all the same address. If you are reporting something odd on a phone, the app can package a screenshot, its own state and the trace of what it just did under one name; send that and we can usually see it without asking twice.
